• First mugshot looks like Snoop Dogg with Vitiligo, but the second reminds me of the crying girl who sits on the sidewalk outside of Midtown at 2am.
• Men’s track team wins SEC Outdoor Championship, Women’s team reaches second place. I’m still convinced Jeff Demps’s legs were forged by Zeus himself.
• CitiSync’s top choice for pooling in Gainesville. I guess Joey Friedman didn’t send them enough free Grog entry cards to get on the list.
• Free show at 1982 this Thursday, featuring bands with ridiculous names.
• Pool parties at The Estates and Enclave this Saturday. To the general public: stop showing up in jorts, you look like a jackass.
• Droney Woods Sound Tour this Saturday. It’s hippies playing experimental music in a botanical garden, which is also the most complicated code for an acid deal I’ve ever heard of.
• Parents discover Get It Greek. LOL’s are not had.
• Roller Derby this Sunday, Swamp City Sirens versus the Bradentucky Bombers.
• INsite Magazine does a pretty good job updating frequently on events happening around town, so add it on Facebook, if you can handle seeing $0.50 wing specials about 3 times a day.
• It’s “Click It or Ticket” month, so wear a seatbelt, because the 5-0 are going out of their way to ticket you.
• A chicken truck overturns on Hamilton County Road, resulting in the biggest cock up of the day.
