Jahan, Yasmine and Rainman, who live in and create music in the gritty yet arty neighborhood of West Loop, Chicago, burst onto the national stage via their video for “Killin’ It” in early 2012. A lot of critics might see this EP as a watering down of EDM music, but with such killer production, I see it more of an improvement in pop music. If you take the music for what it is, it’s a solid release with catchy vocals. Be on the look out for the album out soon.
